RE: The Gathering Inn’s Impact on the Neighborhood

Hello everyone,

As the new Program Director of TGI’s 201 Berkley campus, it has been my top priority to improve the quality of life of our guests, neighbors and the neighborhood surrounding our campus.

On November 15, 2023, the Resource Center was made accessible exclusively to our overnight guests who have enrolled in our program. This means if an individual experiencing homelessness visits, rather than being allowed to use our resource center as before, they are provided with a list of community resources. This change has been a result of collaboration with Placer County, Probation, and the Roseville Police Department. We believe this policy change will lessen foot traffic, decrease our calls for emergency services, and improve the outcomes of our guests while having an overall positive impact on our surrounding neighborhood.

To measure the impact, we invite you to complete a brief survey.  Thank you for either scanning the QR code with your Smartphone or visiting the link below to complete the survey.  Your voice and feedback are valued.

We are grateful for your participation with us as we walk alongside our guests as they journey to sustainable housing.

With care,

LINDSEY DELAMARE
